Nh Collection Palazzo Verona

The staff was attentive, the hotel was clean and placed in an old part of the city close enough to the centre and the Arena. The venue's position was central. Had nice dainties at Pasticceria Miozzi, located right next to the property. We had a pleasant time staying at this hotel.

Loved every detail about my fine 1 night stay here. The rooms were reasonably large and stylish, had smoke detectors for safety. Active, flexible people working here. Its location was central, very close to an 84 m high tower.

Had such great stay in a long time, the staff were polite, location was top and close to the old castle. We got room with beautiful decor and an excellent bathroom to relax.

This hotel was set in a very central area just off Italy, Verona and lakeside. Our room was fashionable and big, had hypo-allergenic pillows. Everything was great, though a few employees were very unfriendly.

Everything here was perfect, and the weather was lovely, loved it. We have spent 3 days in a double room with a balcony. The vibe here was quiet.

Luxurious and fairly clean hotel, the staff who served us were efficient, and it had ideal location right in the heart of the old city.

Stunningly beautiful hotel, warm staff. Practical rooms with quiet beds. Great breakfast, helpful service. We visited the downstairs bar and really enjoyed the hot drinks.

Quite small bathroom, Wi-Fi was terrible.

Clean hotel with a comfortable hall. Location : the property was adjacent to Verona and many good restaurants. Also, it was nice for getting to porta borsari. Food was outstanding & the bar was good.

I loved location and rooms, which were ideal. The staff did all they can for a lovely stay. It was just walking distance from Verona heart of the city.

Staff was knowledgeable and accommodating all the time. Views were spectacular. This was an air-conditioned hotel with a central location. Good stay in the amazing area.

Clean hotel, ordinary rooms, peaceful location. There were coffee and hairdryer in the room, liked that. The breakfast was delicious and there were lots of options. Private parking, decent service.

The room was 10/10, bed was perfect, breakfast was sumptuous. Pretty clean huge rooms. Bfast staff was mostly friendly upon checking in. Well furnished hotel with top notch customer service.
